Sopheap obtained his Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia. He graduated in the same batch as Han Danit. His academic foundation has supported his expertise in engineering project execution.

Sopheap joined Lotus Green Team in 2013 as Operation Manager. He brought valuable contributions to the team through his strong background in project management. His experience includes overseeing construction at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap International Airports, as well as Clean Room projects in Cambodia and Laos.

He excels in project management and cost control. His leadership ensures efficient project delivery aligned with business goals. Sopheap’s proven track record continues to strengthen operational excellence at Lotus Green Team.
