Sruoy graduated with Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of  Cambodia. With many years of working experience and knowledge in the design and  construction industry, he is considered to be an expert in the field of Electrical Design. He  has made many positive contributions to the development of Lotus Green Team and he is  responsible for managing the Electrical Design Team.
