
- Job Responsibility
- Oversee Daily Operations: Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs.
- Manage day-to-day procurement operations, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management, logistics coordination
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Staff Supervision: Schedule and assign tasks to procurement staff, evaluate performance, and manage related activities
- Identify bottleneck with strategic solutions in time
- Other relevant tasks assigned by Procurement Manager
II. Job Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in a centralized procurement environment
- Education: Typically requires a relevant degree such as in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven negotiation skills and high-level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in negotiation and management systems
