Mr. MEAN Vatha is an engineering and operations professional with over 14 years of experience across Cambodia’s construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. He holds degrees in Electricity and Electronics from Norton University and French Language Teaching from IFL.

He joined Lotus Green Team in 2013, progressing from Site and QA/QC Supervisor to Site Manager and Project Manager on major developments nationwide.

In 2026, he was appointed Operations Manager, overseeing company operations, project performance, and strategic growth. Combining technical expertise with strong leadership, Mr. MEAN Vatha is dedicated to delivering excellence in quality, safety, and client satisfaction while driving sustainable business success.
