
- Job Responsibility
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the stock system, monitor on receipt, storage, housekeeping and dispatch of goods to all projects as requests and ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment plus 5S implementation
- Inventory Control: Implement and monitor procedures to minimize loss and maintain accurate stock data and stock levels
- Staff Supervision: Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staffs, evaluate performance, and manage related activities
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring safety and healthy, include training
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Operational Improvement: Analyze warehouse operations, procedure and best practice to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to increase productivity
- Identify bottleneck with strategic solutions in time
- Other relevant tasks assigned by either Direct Manager or Procurement Manager
II. Job Requirement
- Education: Typically requires a relevant degree such as in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience: 10years experience in warehouse management or a related field is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
