From July 16 to 18, we successfully conducted a training course on ‘Problem Solving & Decision Making’ for our Head Office staff. This course was strategically designed to enhance critical thinking skills and empower our team to tackle complex challenges effectively.
Participants engaged in a comprehensive curriculum that included an introduction to problem solving, an in-depth exploration of the problem-solving process, practical problem-solving tools, and effective decision-making techniques.
