On January 26, 2026, we successfully held an introductory session on “Management by Objective” (MBO) for our middle management and supportive staff. The session focused on explaining the MBO framework, its benefits, and how it can improve team performance and accountability. Participants engaged in discussions about setting clear objectives and aligning them with organizational goals. Feedback from attendees highlighted the session as informative and practical, with many expressing enthusiasm about applying MBO principles in their work. Overall, the training laid a strong foundation for future implementation of MBO within the organization.
