On December 26, 2025, we successfully held a training course on “Leadership Skills” for our middle management staff. The session aimed to enhance leadership qualities such as decision-making, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. Participants engaged in hands-on activities, group discussions, and case studies, which helped them relate the concepts to their roles. Feedback indicated that the training was valuable and inspirational, with attendees expressing increased confidence in their leadership abilities and a commitment to implementing learned strategies in their teams. Overall, the training contributed significantly to the development of leadership skills within our middle management.
