On December 20, 2025, we successfully conducted a training course on “Basic Supervisory Skills” for our middle management staff. The training focused on developing essential supervisory competencies, including effective communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises, which fostered a deeper understanding of their roles as supervisors. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees reporting increased confidence in their supervisory abilities and a greater readiness to apply these skills in their daily work. Overall, the training effectively strengthened the managerial capabilities of our middle management team.
